# About

Ribe is an OTC (Over-The-Counter) trading platform developed in collaboration with our partner FateLabz. It allows cryptocurrency holders to privately trade positions without impacting market price or charts.

By directly matching buyers and sellers outside of traditional exchanges, Ribe preserves market stability and protects value for regular holders. Unlike most OTC platforms limited to blue chip assets, Ribe invites the community to suggest new projects for inclusion, expanding its reach and utility.

While Ribe’s OTC order book is the platform’s foundation, it’s only the beginning many more features are built in and on the horizon, designed to elevate crypto trading and utility.

Ribe also plays a key role in supporting the Skol ecosystem. Revenue from the platform is split with 50% going to the top 50 Skol holders, 40% allocated to project buybacks, burns, development, and marketing, and 10% to the developer ensuring value flows back to the community while fueling long term growth.
